Our quality conscious staff is prepared to assist in satisfying your dental laboratory needs. You can depend on All America Dental Laboratory commitment to provide consistent high quality restorations each of our products goes through our own stringent quality control process. In addition, our technical specialists provide continuing support. Each case is carefully evaluated before any work is done .A work design sheet is kept on al cased assuring that special point of interest are noted and signed after each department. Assuring you of consistent, high quality results our technicians are highly skilled, and well acquainted with company policy.


SHIPPING AND RECEIVING



1. Photo shows your completed case ready for packing and shipping.
2. Case has been disinfected and placed in the DLICC bag and sealed.
3. MODELS have been wrapped individually and securely with bubble wrap or something of equal quality.
4. Additional bubble wrap should be added to fill the box to avoid movement and possible breakage during shipping.
5. When shipping an articulator and face-bow: (a) Remove models from articulator and wrap individually or (b) If models remain on the articulator please separate the articulator. Each piece should then be wrapped individually and anchored in the box. The face-bow and other enclosures should be wrapped separately.
6. Shipping loose crowns, bridges and/or shade tabs: Place in a separate small container or sealed plastic bag and wrap separately to avoid loss or breakage.
7. Any photos or slides that accompany the case should be placed in a plastic bag for protection.

Help us protect your cases... If you do not have the proper size boxes or the proper packing material please call us ~ We will be happy to provide them for you. If you are a new customer please contact the laboratory for a new doctor kit which includes everything you will need to send your first cases to our laboratory.
