Ips Empress crowns
(1)

All America Dental Laboratory only uses IPS Empress genuine materials and have well trained and qualified technicians on board to take advantage of this wonderful system. With IPS Empress 2 layering injected system, your patients can expect nothing short of amazingly lifelike results.

Ips Empress Inlays/Onlays
All America Dental can use IPS Empress to replace that dental work with restorations that blend "invisibly" right into your natural teeth. These small pieces of all-ceramic material are created in our laboratory to fit perfectly in place where cavities or previous dental work used to be.

Full Cast Gold Crowns  (3)

GOLD is an old standard and many in the dental profession are returning to those standards. GOLD is Simple... It’s Predictable and ...It’s BEAUTIFUL! It is kind to opposing dentition and bio-compatible with the patients soft tissue which eliminates sensitivity and allergic reaction.

GOLD expands and contracts at the same rate as natural teeth and it resists plaque build-up for good dental health. There is minimal micro-leakage to prevent recurrent caries and there is documented durability and longevity. What other restoration provides all the amenities of gold.

Captek  (4)

Captek is an internally reinforced gold material that exhibits the color, workability and nobility of pure gold along with the strength and stability of the platinum/palladium family of cast alloys. The composition is 88% gold, 4% platinum, 4% palladium, 3% silver, and 1% iridium/ruthenium.

All elements are high nobility and high purity. Unlike traditional alloys, with this composition Captek is not only strong and stable, but non-oxidizing and non-corrosive as well. This means that gray lines at the tissue are permanently eliminated.

Bacteria in the mouth can result in periodontal disease, bad breath, heart disease, lung infections and even a weakened immune system. Captek’s advanced gold material reduces the accumulation of harmful bacteria at the gum line by 90% compared to natural tooth structure.*

IPS E.max  (5)

IPS e.max delivers the ultimate in metal free esthetics and strength utilizing both Pressable and Cad/Cam technologies.

Designed with versatility and simplicity in mind, IPS e.max lets you select from multiple Framework materials including zirconia, giving you the versatility you want while always veneering with the same ceramic giving you the simplicity you need.

Lava Product Information
(6)

Due to outstanding mechanical and optical properties the Lava All-Ceramic System covers a wide range of Crown & Bridge applications. It is an innovative CAD/CAM technology for all-ceramic crowns and 3-4 unit bridges on a zirconium oxide base.

The esthetics and biocompatibility of Lava restorations represent the optimum in all-ceramic systems. Chamfer preparations are recommended with a wall thickness of 0.5mm. They require removal of less tooth structure and cementation can be accomplished using proven, conventional techniques.Adhesive cementation provides no additional advantages with respect to strength.

The material can neither be etched nor directly silanized with silane coupling agent. Lava restorations provide excellent esthetics with outstanding marginal fit and superior strength with a high fracture resistence.

The Lava All-Ceramic System provides one of the most durable and esthetic all-ceramic restorations available. Research shows that the marginal fit of Lava Bridges is as good as metal-ceramic bridges. The zirconia substructure does not distort when firing the veneering porcelain, unlike metal substructures.

LAVA Zirconia
(7)

The 3M, ESPE, Lava,  Crowns and Bridg
es system is an innovative CAD/CAM technology using a zirconium oxide base. The durability and esthetics of Lava restorations represent the optimum in all-ceramic systems.

Preparations require removal of less tooth structure and cementation can be accomplished using proven, conventional techniques. Colorable frameworks that are thin and translucent ensure a natural and vital appearance.

Lava restorations provide excellent esthetics with outstanding marginal fit and superior strength with a high fracture resistance. Research shows that the marginal fit of Lava Bridges is as good as metal-ceramic bridges.
The zirconia substructure does not distort when firing the veneering porcelain, unlike metal substructures.

Key Features of Lava:

Excellent unmatched esthetics and natural translucency Precision CAD/CAM system for outstanding marginal fit Superior strength of zirconia with high fracture resistance Patented substructure shading system Years of clinical history and proven results
Minimal removal of tooth structure

All America Dental Laboratory possesses the proper accreditation and experienced technicians to deliver outstanding results using the lava system. Our complete range of services, matched with the superior quality of our work means that we can provide one of the most durable and esthetically pleasing all-ceramic restorations available today.

Nano Veneers
(8)

Ultra-Thin Nano-Layers provide an option for extremely conservative veneers.Veneers as thin as .3mm for the most conservative veneers available. Other thin veneers are one layer with surface staining.

Nano-Layer Veneer has multiple layer providing exceptional block out and true translucent incisal edges.
The thin-layered structure allows enamel bonding and maximum esthetics.

With the advent of cosmetic dentistry, porcelain laminate veneers have taken center stage.

Minimal tooth reduction has been found to produce a very strong reliable bond to the enamel. The result of this type of nano-layered veneer is reduction of sensitivity to almost zero, the most reliable bond and the ability to create amazingly vital, natural-looking restorations. Porcelain laminate veneers are made in the same manner that natural teeth are created.

Procera  (9)

Procera by Nobel Biocare, is an innovative computer assisted design and manufacturing system. It is composed of a densely sintered high purity aluminum oxide coping that is combined with all-ceramic porcelain.

Studies indicate that Procera crowns are stronger that most all-ceramic crowns available. Procera copings have extremely favorable wear characteristics, excellent color stability and precise fit. Procera provides the strength of a PFM, yet has aesthetics of an all ceramic restoration.

Procera Zirconia
Keep the beauty while increasing the strength. Procera now offers a zirconia substructure that increases the strength of the original AllCeram. Procera Zirconia now allows clinicians to place posterior metal-free restorations with confidence and ease.

.Zirconia has a flexural strength and fracture toughness almost twice as high as that of alumina, which makes zirconia very resistant to masticatory forces, still with maintained exact precision of fit 50-57.

Procera Alumina
The Procera AllCeram system utilizes CAD/CAM technology to mill high strength aluminous oxide copings. Procera was the first CAD/CAM system to offer clinicians a metal-free, fully cementable restoration. Introduced in 1997, Procera has enjoyed a proven history of beautifully aesthetics restorations.

Procera Implant Bridge (10)

The Procera® Implant Bridge was introduced in 1996. Both full and partial bridge frameworks are available. Good precision of fit as well as good clinical performance has been reported 48, 58-69. A cumulative survival rate of 98% after 5 years' of function has been reported 67.

The Procera Implant Bridge Zirconia was introduced in 2007 and is available in up to 14 units. Clinical studies with the aim to evaluate the long-term performance of the Procera® Bridge Zirconia are ongoing. The Procera Bridge Zirconia is available in up to 14 units.
